Although the majority of Chevy V8 announcements in recent years have centred around the LS and new LT series of engines, GM has just announced a new 350ci V8 crate package, which will sit just below LS and LT in its performance range.
The new 350 is based on the tried and tested L33 block and produces 265bhp and in Chevy’s iron-block line-up it sits below the 350/290, 350/350HO and ZZ6 350 packages. Industry stalwart, Tornado Sports Cars, makers of the TS40 replica (now in its fortieth year) has unveiled a newly revised version of their Gurney Weslake replica valve covers for engines equipped with Ford 302ci valve covers.
