This is a great piece of kit for the advanced DIY-er. It comes from our friends at Sealey and is a floor standing sheet metal folder which is ideal for yep, folding sheet metal! LIFELINE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLES – The bottles have a ten-year life from the year of manufacture. Any bottles older than ten-years must be replaced. Due to the introduction of FIA Technical List 16 for fire extinguishers, it is no longer possible to replace just the bottle from your older system, it will mean a full refit of a new system.

New from Draper Tools is this new Evolution jack. The company says that it features a unique design that sets the three-tonne jack apart.
It features twin pistons, which allows the saddle to a full 580mm, which is a useful 80mm higher than most standard trolley jacks. Draper also says that just 4.5 ‘pumps’ will see the jack fully elevated.
Another useful under-the-skin upgrade is the internal magnetic filtration system that keeps the all-important hydraulic oil from contaminants, ensuring a safer, longer between change period.

Although the majority of Chevy V8 announcements in recent years have centred around the LS and new LT series of engines, GM has just announced a new 350ci V8 crate package, which will sit just below LS and LT in its performance range.
The new 350 is based on the tried and tested L33 block and produces 265bhp and in Chevy’s iron-block line-up it sits below the 350/290, 350/350HO and ZZ6 350 packages.
