Eco-Trailer has become one of the specialist car industry’s favourite trailer manufacturer’s and they’ve just introduced a new addition to their range in the shape of the Velocity iQ, which features a brand-new chassis (said to be 30 per cent stronger and 6 per cent lighter), with improved aerodynamic efficiency.

The iQ also features a wider and lower rear access ramp which is also now 10kg lighter.

The company now uses ‘Hexagrip’ oil-resistant flooring, which is also easier to clean along with an all-new Alko 400kg-rated jockey-wheel that auto-retracts. The winch is rated at 1600kg with standard features including tilt-bed, Wi-Fi reversing camera, wheel straps, built-in battery that charges while towing and a stability coupling.

It comes with a five-year standard warranty and Eco-Trailer also guarantee that your Velocity iQ will be worth £6000 after four years of service.

Prices start at £9360 inc VAT and options include interior LED lighting (£75), spare wheel (£75), a gas-assisted ramp (£75), underfloor storage (£120), tyre rack (£180), hitch-lock (£75) and front access doors (£200).

The iQ is effectively a Mk3 version of the Velocity range with the option to upgrade your Mk1 or Mk2 to iQ-spec. Prices for this service cost £4200 inc VAT for Mk1 and £2160 inc VAT for the Mk2.
