Designed for road and racing use, BOOST intercoolers replace the ordinary fin and tube design with cores featuring a stacked structure and inner turbulators for optimal cooling and airflow. Plus, the cores are smaller, so they weigh less than other coolers. The 3mm thick cast aluminum tanks are tested to withstand 5 Bar pressure to resist high boost pressures.
BOOST intercoolers are TIG-welded for extra durability. They’re available in multiple sizes and core types that range between 400 and 1600bhp.
If you’re looking for something a bit more custom, you can get the core, tanks, and intercooler lips individually to build your own custom intercooler. The cores can handle between 300 and 900bhp.
The tanks come in 3-4mm thicknesses and have beaded inlets/outlets to prevent silicone hose slippage. The tanks can also be used with other intercooler cores of the same size.
