News that Tim Dutton has sold his eponymous amphibious car manufacturing business including the Reef and Surf models to Polish sea-plane manufacturer, Kama EKO Group, run by Adam Kloska.

Production of both Dutton models will re-commence in early 2024, although Kama are well-versed with Tim’s products having acted as his agent in Poland for several years.

If you thought that Tim would be retiring, you can forget that. As he told me recently and quite incredulously, “Retire? What on earth would I do with myself?”

He’ll now concentrate on buying and selling pre-loved Dutton Amphijeeps, Mariners, Commanders, Reefs and Surfs. Keep up with his activities at www.timdutton.com.

For all Dutton servicing and repairs contact Jack Gorski, former Dutton chief engineer, who now runs WJ Autos Ltd in Portsmouth. Indeed, if your Surf or Reef was manufactured after 2008 Jack would have built it. Email him at: jackgorski@hotmail.com

For brand new Dutton Reef and Surf enquiries keep an eye on www.kama-pomiary.pl ENDS.
