A company called Revisions is offering a £379 conversion kit that converts an old Recaro (the chair isn’t included) LS, LX or SR2 and a decent condition donor will typically cost between £400-£1000. So, it’s not a cheap option by any means but you won’t struggle to find a donor on eBay.
