The SPC Ford blocks are built like Tiger tanks. They are cast from German class 35 gray iron and have extra thick material where it counts the most. This gives them loads more strength than factory Ford castings, allowing them to safely handle up to 1000bhp.

For 302-style builds, choose one of the 8.2in deck height models in your choice of 4.0- or 4.125in cylinder bores. If you’re a 351Windsor-fan, you’ll want the 9.5in deck height version with a 4.125in bore.

The Summit Racing™ SPC Small Block Ford Engine Blocks ship with cylinder bores that are .005in undersize so you can final-hone them for proper piston-to-cylinder wall clearance. All blocks require SVO-type cam bearings with 2.204in housings (sold separately).
