OSRAM had an exciting 2025, with the introduction of its dash camera, inspection lights and now bike lights range – showcasing the business as the powerhouse it is.

New for 2026 is the new range, LEDsBIKE, which is comprised of three light sets, a mounting bracket and additional rear light. All of the lights have a rechargeable lithium-ion battery in them that can be charged via USB-C. They also have a weather resistant design and a low battery indicator, making them an easy, durable and luminous product for cyclists.
There are two products in the EXPLORER X range, the first is the LEDsBIKE EXPLORER X 500 SET (LEDBL201 SET), which provides up to 500 lumens and has three brightness levels, 100%, 50% and 25%. As is standard across the LEDsBIKE range, this set comes with a front and rear light to create all round vision. The usage time of the front light is 14 hours at 25% brightness, seven hours at 50% and three hours at 100% brightness and 16 hours for the rear light. It also comes with an additional flash function, to ensure the cyclist is seen by other road users.
The second product is the LEDsBIKE EXPLORER X 1000 SET (LEDBL202 SET), which has similar features to the 500 SET, but this one has up to 1000 lumens. This product also has the flash function, as well as an automatic mode for both the front and rear lights. Helpfully, the automatic mode detects the lighting conditions and adjusts the brightness accordingly. The rear light in this set also has a brake light and flash function.
Also included in this new range is the LEDsBIKE MULTI BEAM X 1000 SET (LEDBL203 SET), which, similar to the EXPLORER X 1000 SET, has up to 1000 lumens. However, the difference with this product is that it has multiple lighting modes, such as automatic, high beam, low beam, flash and manual. The rear light also has multiple functions, including automatic brake and flashing.

OSRAM also has a LEDsBIKE X REAR (LEDBRL106), which is a rear light sold on its own. This rear light has automatic and manual modes, as well as a flash function and brake light, making it easy to switch between lighting modes for optimum visibility. Its usage time is up to 17 hours and it has a compact and lightweight design.
Finally, OSRAM is including a mounting bracket is its range (LEDBLACC101), which is a Garmin compatible mounting bracket for a front bike light and a flexible rubber strap mounting bracket for a rear light. As the brackets are so flexible, it’s compatible with various handlebar diameters from 22.2mm – 35mm.
Lighting Marketing Manager, Terri Clark, commented: “Our range of bike lights have been successfully sold throughout Europe for some time, but this is the first range that we are excited to launch to the UK and Irish markets. With so many people now using pedal power for their commutes or their extreme sporting weekend hobbies, these new bike lights are perfect for those target audiences.
“While we’re well known and have a fantastic reputation for bulbs in cars, motorbike and various other applications, creating a bike range was the next step in our lighting journey, and after undertaking extensive research, we’re proud to unveil it!”
All products come with a two year OSRAM guarantee.
