Tyre pressure gauges are an essential safety item, but avoid those cheap, rubbish ones which seem to give false reaings, all the time.

The one pictured here, from Longacre, is lightweight, robust, simple to use and can be used with any vehicle. This is the standard version with a 2in glow-in-the-dark face encased in a protective rubber housing.
Features include internal needle dampening for better accuracy and reliability, a flexible 14in long hose with a swivel chuck on the end making it easier to use.
Supplied with a ball chuck so can be interchanged depending on which end fits your tyre valve. A pressure release button on the head makes pressure adjustments easy without needing to take it off the tyre valve.
