One for our North American readers
One of the latest entrants is the Vitour Tempesta P1. The radial tire features a race-grade polymer compound and an asymmetric tread pattern designed to maximize grip in the dry. The optimized contour, wide outer tread, and broad shoulders help distribute pressure evenly during cornering and minimize overheating for consistent grip and stability.

The Tempesta P1s handle heat exceptionally well and can recover quickly. Racers report improved performance as the tread wears down, transforming into a semi-slick with ample rubber left for consistently fast lap times. That’s a lot of performance for the price.
Other features include:
• Closely spaced grooves on the inboard of the tread and twin circumferential grooves for water displacement and resistance to hydroplaning
• Two layers of polyester cord plies and reinforced sidewalls improve steering feedback and responsiveness
• Double-layer steel belts provides a strong, lightweight foundation
• Two-ply nylon reinforcement boosts high-speed performance and stability
Vitour Tempesta P1 Tires are available in a variety of sizes in 15-, 16-, 17-, 18-, 19-, 20-, and 21- inch diameters.
