SNG Barratt has developed a full Lucas electronic injection kit for the Jaguar XK 4.2-litre engine.

This one goes further than some others. It replaces the old carburettors with a pre-built throttle body set-up and also updates the ignition. It comes with an ECU that is pre-mapped as well as new fuel feed components.

It’s a beautiful kit that will update all manner of kits and replicas that use the 4.2-litre while retaining the original look. However, it has a price to match. Expect a bill for £10,000.  Remember though that the package covers all areas in one package. Once it’s done, it’s done.
