The 54mm OD four inlet pipes are made with a 75mm long welded-in inner sleeve with an internal diameter (I.D.) of 45mm. However, it is possible to grind off the seam weld on the end of the tubes and remove the inner sleeves.
Doing this will increase the inside diameter to 50.7mm.
