NOT THE END OF THE ‘ROD’ BY ANY MEANS

FK RSMX Series Rod Ends from Summit Racing offer superior strength and rigidity over OEM rubber suspension bushings and most other rod ends, providing tighter steering, more consistent wheel alignment, and improved suspension geometry.

Their robust design makes them ideal for handling high shock loads – perfect for suspension and steering applications found in high-performance road, racing and off-road vehicles. In fact, RSMX Series Rod Ends are so tough that they’re also used extensively in heavy-duty industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment.

Other features include:

• Double the static load rating of similarly sized rod ends

• Three-piece design with high-strength, heavy-duty shanks

• Heat-treated, chromate-treated, and zinc-plated alloy steel bodies and races

• Hard chrome-plated and heat-treated 52100 steel balls

• Large range of adjustment

• Smoother articulation than other rod end designs

FK RSMX Series Rod Ends are available in standard metal-to-metal models or with self-lubricating PTFE liners. The ends with liners less noisy than their all-metal counterparts and are recommended for applications where vibration dampening is required.

PTFE liners also increase load-carrying capabilities and significantly reduce wear. All rod ends are available in SAE thread sizes with your choice of left- and right-hand threads.
