People often think, especially in the UK, that Gliptone only produces leather care products. Hmm, they’ve actually been producing a full range of car care products in upstate New York since the late fifties. Indeed, they are the makers of the iconic American interior spray, Shineola.
Their Ceramic Wheel & Rim Cleaner is part of their new Si02-based range.
The smell isn’t terrible (like some rivals) which isn’t a bad start for a wheel cleaner as they normally pong like oven cleaners or hair bleach.
