Description : Ford-based; I have owned the car since 1987, it has been rebuilt 3 times, the last rebuild was featured in a kit mag but I cant remember which. The car was used as daily transport until 5 years ago, since then it has been stored on and off at my parents house in Dorset. It has no known faults but no mot or tax.
Engine; 2l ford, 45 Webber, lynx manifold, p100 head, Kent cam, skimmed, b size pistons, 4 branch manifold feeding 2´ system. Electronic ignition. Set up by janspeed.
Transition; 5 spd ford, live axle with big brakes.
Suspension; modified to perform, ford with polly bushes all round.
Chassis; painted and reinforced. roll bar built in.
Wheels; 5 spoke revolutions 15/9 rear 14/8 front with very good tyres.
Body; modified to be practical, lights lock up so no wobbles. Very good soft top NO leaks. Body has suffered during storage and could do with a spray. Windows slot in as I never got around to fitting proper ones.
Interior; finished, heater, stereo.

Gardner Douglas 427 Euro

Description : Factory built GD427 Euro.
The sublime handling, the ride quality, the build quality and the overall feel of the car is fabulous. A properly prepared, factory built Gardner Douglas is hard to beat.
The engine is a Ken Coleman EDA prepared engine built with no expense spared. The engine is a 8:1 compression block built for a forced induction set-up however runs very well without the supercharger. The engine could be converted to a turbo charged application without a problem as the bottom end has been built properly.
The engine produces approximately 400hp without the supercharger, with the supercharger running 12psi, the output increases to over 700hp.
