The latest offerings from Pioneer, the Japanese audio icon pull out all the stops in an attempt to mark its eightieth anniversary in the best way possible, with an expanded portfolio of exciting multimedia receivers.

Pioneer’s expanded range of 2018 products includes five all-new offerings, the AVIC-Z910DAB, AVIC-Z810DAB, AVIC-Z710DAB, AVIC-Z160BT and AVH-Z9100DAB.

Pioneer’s commitment to seamless connectivity in all driving conditions has reached its apex with its latest model launches, with all five of the units outlined above coming with WiFi capability. This means that Pioneer’s latest models now have the ability to connect to Apple CarPlay wirelessly, as well as wireless Screen Mirroring for Android users (see below for more info), and in a new and exciting development, WiFi music streaming. Said WiFi connection enables the Pioneer unit in question to function as a router, opening the way to enhanced, unrestricted smartphone connectivity. It should be noted that all five units retain the ability to utilise Apple CarPlay in the traditional, docked manner.

Pioneer has long been a market-leader when it comes to touchscreen and its 2018 model releases are no exception. All sport either a 7in or a 6.2in True Colour Capacitive WVGA multi-touchscreen, which combines newly improved Graphic User Interface (GUI) to make interacting with the unit in question both simple and safe, the latter of paramount importance.

Both screen and GUI can also be customised to a bewildering degree, with countless colour and display parameters, all designed to enable you to better reflect your taste and personality.

The AVIC-Z910DAB, AVIC-Z810DAB, AVIC-Z710DAB, AVIC-Z160BT and AVH-Z9100DAB aren’t merely capable of impressive visual functions, all five have been developed to pack a hefty audio punch!

The AVIC-Z910DAB and AVH-Z9100DAB boast HDMI and SD card inputs, while the other three feature dual USB inputs, and high-quality audio components throughout (including, in the case of the AVIC-Z910DAB, gold-plated RCA connectors).
