AT Power has a wide range of Gen-1 and Gen-2 Suzuki Hayabusa performance throttle bodies, with bore sizes from 42mm to 48mm available. This wide range of performance options allows the desired engine performance characteristics to be achieved. 42mm throttles are ideal for an increase in mid-range torque, and big bore options suitable for peak horsepower targets.

The throttle housings are designed to use the standard OEM injectors, and also the stock OEM TPS can also be specified with appropriate shaft and adaptor provided at no additional cost.

A choice of parallel or tapered inlet options are available to further enhance performance and installation, offset length ram, pipes can also be specified to achieve a greater spread of power. AT Power can assist in specifying the suitable inlet options for your installation.

All AT Power throttle bodies are made from billet-machined aluminium housings and the assembly includes billet fuel rail, complete stainless steel linkage fully assembled to the throttles as standard, universal TPS output shaft and a range of TPS adaptor plates. They are shipped fully assembled and ready to fit straight to the engine. The throttle body arrives factory-balanced and calibrated to a set idle condition.

AT Power has also worked with renowned Hayabusa engine tuner RLM racing, to develop a bespoke Direct-to-Head solution with an incorporated ‘blipper’ bracket and idle adjustment.
